Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services source list:

WGK19010, Architectural and Engineering consultant services, Source List, Various Location in Manitoba

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural and engineering consulting firms to provide “as and when required” architectural and engineering services to the Department of National Defence at several locations in Manitoba.

The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $1,600 000, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment. The amount will be split between CFB 17 Wing Winnipeg and CFB Shilo in the approximate ratio of 65 % and 35% respectively.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $500,000 at any point.

Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $10,000 and $50,000; the maximum value of a commission is $100,000.

The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponents with the two highest total score.
