UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office has now issued a Request for Proposals reference to LRPS-2020-9163142 in order to identify qualified institution(s) for Assessing the impact of COVID-19 on the provision of WASH services throughout the Eastern Asia and Pacific Region

The objective of this assignment is to seek a qualified institution(s) to assess the socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services at different levels of programming in East Asia and Pacific region as per following objectives;

  •  A qualitative and qualitative measure of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and response measures on the ability of WASH service providers to sustain WASH services at and, expand WASH Services from pre-COVID-19 levels
  •  A list of the underlying reasons for sustaining or, any decline in services attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic and COVID-19 response measures

This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.

Please ensure that any files submitted as part of your Bid are not corrupt or damaged in any way.  Please exercise particular caution when using compressed files.  Any corrupt or damaged files may lead to your Bid being invalidated. 

All vendors are strongly recommended to regularly log in to the UNICEF e-submissions system to check for any deadline extensions, new clarifications, new correspondence or updated tender documents relating to this tender.
