This is a notice that IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquistion Procedures, the US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a fim fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to purchas ASTM Compass Online Subscription Service, specifically to the technical standard on environmental and radon protocol data.  This is a combine synopsis/solicitation IAW FAR 12.603.

All resonsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.  Information submitted shall be sufficient to determine capability in providing the data services required by HUD.  Telephone responses and requests will not be received.
