On behalf of the United States Army Support Activity, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security, the U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division has awarded Contract W15QKN-21-C-5025 procuring support in executing billeting operations in support of the US Army Reserve transient training mission population at the Training Billeting Support Activity/ Contingency Operating Locations located at Bldg. 5505 Tennessee Ave., Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ 08640 for a period of performance of a 10-month base period and two (2), 12-month option periods with a 2-week Phase-In period from the date of the contract award.

This requirement was issued as a SBA 8(a) Program direct award on 14 August 2021 to Red Cedar Management Solutions, LLC of Moorestown, NJ in the total price of $4,723,619.65.
