В предмета на обществената поръчка се включват следните основни дейности:

1.Организиране и осъществяване на невъоръжена физическа охрана – денонощна за сградата на СЗОК и РЗОК – София област, на ул. „Енос“ № 10, и 10-часова дневна за останалите обекти в столицата и страната, включваща дейности по охрана на служителите и имуществото на Възложителя в обектите чрез охранителите, и с помощта на мобилни сили при необходимост. В работните дни (от понеделник до петък) следва да се осъществява контролно-пропусквателен режим в обектите за работното време на служителите в съответния обект.

2. Охрана с централизирана СОТ на обектите с дневна физическа охрана - през нощта от 18:00 ч. до 08:00 ч. и 24 часа през неработни (почивни и празнични) дни, и 24- часова охрана със СОТ за обектите без физическа охрана.

3. Абонаментно техническа профилактика, поддържане и ремонт на изградените системи за сигурност в обектите (СОТ, ВН, ПИТ и КД), включително с доставка и монтаж на резервни части.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

С писмо вх. № 18-00-2404/29.12.2021 г. изпълнителят по договор № РД-14-346/30.12.2020 г. "ВИП Секюрити" ЕООД информира, че считано от 16.12.2021 г. дружеството подизпълнител "ВИП СОД" ЕООД, с ЕИК: 206480405 е преобразувано чрез вливане в "СОТ-Сигнално охранителна техника" ЕООД, при условията на универсално правоприемство, с оглед на което е сключено Допълнетелно споразумение № 1 към договора за подизпълнение № 7/07.09.2021 г. с правоприемника. Предвид гореизложеното, изпълнителят уведомява, че при условията на сключеното допълнително споразумение, фактическото изпълнение на договора за подизпълнение продължава без промени, а фактурирането на услугата ще се извършва от страна на "ВИП СЕКЮРИТИ" ЕООД. С писмо вх. 18-00-2404/27.01.2022 г. ,"ВИП Секюрити" ЕООД е приложил Допълнително споразумение № 1/17.12.2021 г. към Договор за подизпълнение № 7/07.09.2021 г. и необходимите документи по чл. 66, ал. 14, във връзка с чл. 66, ал. 15 от ЗОП.
