The Royal Government of Cambodia (the Borrower) entered into a Financing Agreement with the International Development Association (hereafter called “IDA”) acting as administrator of the multi-Donor for the Financing of the Cambodia Nutrition Project (“the Project”) with a total financing of $53.00M from June 2019-June 2024. The objective of the project is to improve utilization & quality of priority maternal and child health and nutrition services a subset of interventions drawn from the MOH Investment Case for Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAH-N) in Cambodia. The project aims to improve utilization and quality of priority maternal and child health and nutrition services for targeted groups in Cambodia. Target groups include pregnant and lactating women and children in the first 1,000 days of life in Mondul Kiri, Ratanak Kiri, Kratie, Stung Treng, Preah Vihear, Kampong Chhnang, and Koh Kong provinces. The Ministry of Health (MOH) is the Executive Agency of CNP for component 1 Strengthening the Delivery of Priority Health Services and Component 3 Ensuring an Effective and Sustainable Response.

Now, MOH-MNCHC is seeking eligible the research consulting firms/academy institutions/ Organization to submit EOI on the service.

Qualifications

-A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of community nutrition development sector

-A minimum of 5 years’ experiences in areas of expert in data management and analysis by using linear programming analyses

-Experience in working with multi-stakeholder platforms and processes
