The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The contractors who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in civil related works. The Tenderer must have specific experience of construction buried pipe at least minimum work order value of Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lac of a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government or semi government organization.
The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac. Such free funds shall have to remain upto issue of NOA. For credit certificate from bank Tender ID No, specific package/ Lot No., name of the work, addressed to the PD must be shown in the certificate and to be issued not before 01-07-2017.
