1) Contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of experience in similar nature of works.
2) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 350000 (Three lac fifty thousand) under 1 number of contract(s) over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required.
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk. 2000000 (twenty lac) over the last 5 years. Annual turnover should be the construction turnover. if any tenderer submit the turnover certificate issued by NBR then they should be submit the work completion certificates of works as constuction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets / credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 350000 (Three lac fifty thousand). Certificate must be within 28 days upto the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement to be submitted along with the tender. credit facility should be unconditional.
5) Tenderer must have valid income tax clearence certificate with TIN, Valid VAT registration certificate, valid trade license.
6) Tenderers will be considered non-responsive and liable for summary rejection if total quoted amount exceeds 10% (ten percent) less or above than the official cost estimate as per latest amendment of PPA-2006, Act no 31(2) with new sub clause 3,4. In case of tie in total quoted amount among responsive tenderers the successful tenderer will be selected as per clause-98, sub clause-31 & 32 respectively of PPR-2008 or the latest amendment of PPR-2008.
7) Must have upto date A B C Contractors & Supervisory license issued by the electrical licensing board of Bangladesh.
