The funds provided under the aforementioned project to the disposal of the Kyrgyz Republic will be used for acceptable payments under construction contracts: IDA-VIP3-HO-CW-NCB-20-12 Construction of kindergarten for 50 places in the Dobolu village, Naryn Ragion, Naryn oblast; 2.  The Community Development and Investment Agency (ARIS) on behalf of Ayil Okmotu invites interested bidders to submit sealed bids for the construction of the aforementioned facility. The currency of the bid is Kyrgyz som.   3. The pre-tender meeting with bidders will be held at 4:00 p.m. local time on December 29, 2020 at the above-mentioned address. 6. Bids must be delivered to the above-mentioned office not later than January 06, 2021, 3:00 p.m. (local time) and must remain valid for 90 days after opening. Bid security is not required, but provision of Bid Securing Declaration is required. A bidder who withdraws or changes his/her bid after tender opening before the expiration of its validity, or who has not signed a contract, if awarded, or who has not provided a guarantee for the performance of the contract by the date and time specified in the tender documents, is automatically not allowed to participate in tenders in the framework of projects implemented by ARIS for a period of two years.
