Dear Sir / Madam:
We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Construction of Road, Bridge, Culvert and Guide-wall at Teknaf (Baharchara, Whykong and Nhila Union) Ukhia (Haldiapalong Union), Cox’s Bazar under C2RP-Community Recovery and Resilience Project of UNDP Bangladesh, as detailed in Annex 2 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached here to as Annex 1.

Quotations must be submitted on or before Tuesday, November 26, 2019  (4:30 PM Bangladesh Standard Time OR 6:00 am EST)
 
Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. Please note this is an RFQ Process, where bidders Quote Prices and Disclose all inclusive prices in the RFQ Template.

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. You kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” in the system. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it is submitted into the system within deadline. e system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. Kindly ensure attaching the required supporting documents (with file name less than 60 characters) in PDF format which must be free from any virus or corrupted flies. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

Prebid meeting date, time and place: A pre-bid meeting will be held Village Court Project Meeting Room, 12th Floor, IDB Bhaban, Sher-e- Bangla Nagar, Dhaka at November 17, 2019 11:00 AM.

Note: Bidder needs to carry a valid Passport/ NID/ Original driving license with phot to access the IDB premise and cater for their own transport.
