The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the tender Construction of RUDP II PHASE 3 Asphalt Roads and Drains in the City of Rusizi.   The RUSIZI District now invites, by the present invitation to tender, sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for constructing 5.64 km of roads in Rusizi as follows:   No Road name Length [km] 1 KADASOMWA –KAMEMBE SECTOR OFFICE-ADPR-GIHUMNDWE-ASPHALT ROAD 5.64[sm1]  Total length of roads 5.64   Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents (Category A1 Road Construction)   Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on www.umucyo.gov.rw or from Executive Secretary, Rusizi District, Po Box 253 Rusizi, Tel: 0788387998.     A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested Bidders in e- procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) from the date specified in e-procurement system,   The required tender document fees is Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 RWF), paid in a Bank after declaration on irembo website (www.irembo.gov.rw)   A compulsory Site visit is scheduled on 20 August 2021 and will be conducted by Rusizi District in charge staff. The venue for departure is fixed at Rusizi District offices at 10:00 am local time.   Bids must be uploaded in Rwanda e-procurement system www.umucyo.gov.rw  before the date and time specified in e-procurement system, local time. Bids submitted using method other than e-procurement system shall not be allowed. Late bids will not be accepted by the Rwanda e-procurement system.
