The specific objectives of the assignment include: To undertake comprehensive structural assessments of the bridges paying particular attention to observing possible defects on the substructures and superstructures; To determine the load carrying capacities of the bridges and remaining service life in the current and/or refurbished state; To prepare draft Terms of References (TOR) for the recommended strengthening works (where necessary) to optimal, cost-effective and economically justified standards; Prepare a complete set of drawings for the structures and produce a 50-year maintenance plan to ensure usability of the structure.   RDA n o w i n vit e s e l i g i bl e consultants t o ind ic a t e t h e i r int e re st i n p r ovidi ng th e se s er v i ce s.
