Ministry of IDP from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia now invites eligible consulting companies to express their interest in providing the following services: Consulting Services for Design Review and Supervision of Repair Works to be implemented under Emergency Covid-19 Response Project The tentative duration of this assignment is 12 months.  More information about the scope is available in Terms of Reference uploaded to the following link: https://www.moh.gov.ge/en/announcements/420/REQUEST-FOR-EXPRESSIONS-OF-INTEREST Interested companies shall provide information demonstrating that they have the necessary experience to perform the services. Expressions of interest should cover, but not limited to: Company Profile;  Experience of the company in the projects relevant to the assignment;  A general overview of the company’s staff capacities and expertise.  The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 3.14 of the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Regulations) (2016, July, Revised November 2017 and August 2018), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.  Consultants may form an association (Please take into account that the form of association acceptable for the World Bank is either sub-consultancy or Joint-Venture and submission must clearly indicate the nature of the association) to enhance their qualifications.  The experience of sub-consultants will not be taken into account while evaluating the corporate experience of the company.
