Uzrok kašnjenju isporuke uređaja su otegotne okolnosti s isporukom zračnog kompresora koji je nužno potreban za postizanje temperaturnih performansi ugovorene konfiguracije. Iz istog razloga, problema s isporukom koji se nisu mogli predvidjeti, izvršitelj nije u mogućnosti u predviđenom roku isporučiti opremu – Ultra razlučivi DMA
