The scope of the contract comprises of infrastructural works in 5 neighbourhoods of Curaçao and consists of upgrading of the existing infrastructure plus additional new elements such as roads, sewerage/drainage, footpaths and street lighting, utilities, and landscaping and playgrounds. Also, the construction of 2 community centres/multifunctional building is part of the contract. ...

Lot 1 — Kortijn — pavements, playgrounds and lighting.

Lot 2 — New Netherland — roads and pavements, improvement to sewerage/drainage system.

Lot 3 — Fortuna Ariba — infrastructure, multifunctional facilities, children's daycare, parking area.

Lot 4 — Sapaté blok H — improvements to infrastructure, multifunctional community centre, playground and landscaping.
