  Invitation for Bids Date: 26 August 2021 Loan No. and Title: 3749-INO: Advanced Knowledge and Skills for Sustainable Growth Project Contract No. and Title: CWJ-01: Construction of 3 (three) Buildings consist of University and Faculty Administration Center, Post Graduate Center and Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences Deadline for Submission of Bids: 23 September 2021, 12:00 hours (Western Indonesia Time) 1.   The Government of Republic Indonesia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Advanced Knowledge and Skills for Sustainable Growth Project Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.  2.   The University of Jambi, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of Republic Indonesia (“the Employer”) invites bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of Civil Work package CWJ-01 Construction of 3 (three) Buildings consist of: University and Faculty Administration Centre, Post Graduate Centre and Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences with the total size of approx. 25,101 m 2.  3.   Open Competitive Bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.  4.   Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:  ●     Minimum average annual construction turnover of IDR 297,586,133,333.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years ●     Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully completed within ten (10) years as evidenced by final hand-over and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds IDR 178,551,680,000.00 ●     For the above or other contracts executed during the period stipulated above, a minimum construction experience in the following key activities:-- Experience in precast piles installation of at least 30x30 cm 2 size with 20-meter depth-- Experience in Reinforced Concrete Works with a volume of at least 8,000 m 3; and -- Experience in relevant Mechanical and Electrical Works for at least 6 (six) floor Buildings.  The qualification criteria are more completely described in the Bidding Document.  5.   To obtain the Bidding Document, interested Bidders should download from the website: https://lpse.kemdikbud.go.id/eproc4 (SPSE 4.4).  6.   This is an online bidding where only e-Tender (e-bid) will be accepted through SPSE (Government’s e-procurement platform) and no offline/hard copies will be accepted. To obtain further information and to submit e-Tender for this works package bearing e-tender ID no. mentioned above, registration in the SPSE e-Procurement platform (https://lpse.kemdikbud.go.id/eproc4) is required. Bidders are encouraged to register early to enable careful study of the Bidding Document and avoid last minute submission of the bids.  8.   The deadline for submission of e-Tender (bids) is on 23 September 2021 at 12:00 hours Western Indonesian Time.
