Na základě nepředvídatelných (nových) skutečností při realizaci služeb byly vypracovány doplňující restaurátorské záměry (nástropní obrazy ve Sněmovním sále, výmalba stěn ve Sněmovním sále, povrchové úpravy štukové a řezbářské výzdoby (pokovení) ve Sněmovním sále), s čímž souvisejí vyvolané vícepráce a méněpráce a prodloužení termínu plnění. Podrobnosti jsou uvedeny v dodatku č.1 ke smlouvě o dílo. Změny budou provedeny v souladu s ust. § 222 odst. 6 zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

K uvedené změně došlo v souladu s ust. § 222 odst. 6 zákona v důsledku objektivních okolnosti zjištěných v průběhu realizace díla (viz Popis změn), které zadavatel jednající s náležitou péčí nemohl předvídat, přičemž změna nemění celkovou povahu veřejné zakázky a hodnota změny nepřekročí 50 % původní hodnoty závazku.
