ZBV řeší zastižení nepředvídatelných fyzických podmínek v rámci provádění díla - konkrétně - zastižení větší kubatury bouraných žlabů v PJP a LJP a to z důvodu jiné zastižené tloušťky žlabu než před-pokládala PDPS situace. Tyto podmínky jsou odlišné oproti předpokladům v PDPS a schválené RDS.
