Rekonstruované objekty: Budova občanské vybavenosti č. p. 460 a Bytový dům č. p. 458, tvoří jediný monoblok, který se nachází v zastavěném území města Přeštice, v ulici Palackého poblíž křižovatky s třídou 1. máje. Součástí předmětu plnění jsou také bourací práce a likvidace odpadu. Součástí předmětu plnění je dále také dodávka a montáž fotovoltaické elektrárny na střechu budovy.
