ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1278481- DARE: Technical Assistance to National Education Assessment System (NEAS) Assignment Countries:- Pakistan ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION Through the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)s Data Accountability & Research in Education (DARE) program, FCDO and the World Bank are collaborating to provide technical support to the Federal Government, to strengthen education data infrastructure and coordination mechanisms between the federal and provincial governments, enhance evidence-based decision making and improve targeting of programs to reduce inequality and gender-gaps. The support to NEAS will prove important in ensuring that the organization has access to specialized technical and analytical assistance required to undertake necessary processes to develop and implement large scale assessments, analyze the data, present insights from the data in the form of a report that informs policy interventions.
