Assignment Description   The WBG is seeking to engage a Survey Firm to implement and oversee all aspects of data collection to be conducted remotely via phone survey with cross-border trading firms in Brazil. The selected firm will be expected to: (i) Implement the phone survey in Brazil among men and women traders based on the WBG approved sampling methodology. The survey questionnaire will contain about 50 questions within the scope of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) (i.e. border processes and procedures) and slightly beyond the areas of the TFA (e.g. to also include access to finance, as well as questions related to the challenges created by COVID-19) (ii) Deliver high quality data, and undertake a detailed analysis and written synthesis (report) of the responses according to the timeframe defined by the WBG project team   Qualification Criteria   1.  Experience in conducting large surveys: (i) Strong capacity and experience in implementing large firm/-level surveys, preferably in Brazil, (ii) Strong capacity and experience in data collection and management and (iii) Strong protocol for data management and quality control checks  * 2.  Infrastructural capacity: Capacity to provide all the required IT tools, and effective plan for replacement in the event of loss or damage of equipment  * 3.  Enumerator experience: Strong network of experienced enumerators, supervisors and data managers.  * 4.  Technical knowledge: (i) Strong knowledge of trade facilitation processes, ideally in in Brazil and (ii) Strong understanding of potential barriers faced by women-run enterprises in undertaking cross border trade  * 5.  Expertise and qualifications of staff: (i) Curriculum vitae & references and (ii) Record of satisfactory and timely delivery of similar assignments  * *- Mandatory   selection #  1271610   Electronic Submissions through World Bank Group eConsultant2 https://wbgeconsult2.worldbank.org/wbgec/index.html   This is an announcement from the World Bank's e-Consultant2 system.
