Description

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the establishment of Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for the procurement of anti-hepatitis medicines.

Condition for participation:

Invitation to Bid is open to those bidders that are authorised to manufacture and/or market the medicines by relevant regulatory authorities for the products compliant to the below eligibility and qualification criteria:

A. prequalified by the WHO Prequalification Programme(https://extranet.who.int/prequal/content/prequalified-lists/medicines); or

B. authorized for use by a stringent drug regulatory authority https://www.who.int/medicines/regulation/sras/en/); or

C.recommended by the WHO’s Expert Review Panel for Pharmaceutical Products (https://www.theglobalfund.org/en/sourcing-management/quality-assurance/expert-review-panel/)

A bid submitted for a product for which the bidder is not compliant to one of the above criteria (A, B and C) shall not be considered in the ITB evaluation.

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to [email protected] , indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system https://etendering.partneragencies.org , where applicable. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.

A Pre-bid conference will be held on: March 1st  2021 at 11:00 by CET (CPH) time and link shall be shared only with interested bidders.

All Bidders are encouraged to participate in the pre-bid conference meeting. Non-attendance, however, SHALL NOT result in disqualification.
