Solicitation #1AL2142 was awarded on 8/10/2021 to EXECUTIVE CENTER, L.L.P. for a total not to exceed $345,000.00. The contract will be for two (2) years, from 6/01/2021 thru 5/31/2023, to allow time to complete the negotiations to replace Government Lease GS-04B-59127.
