This is a sources sought and not a request for proposal. Special Operations Command Central Command (SOCCENT) has a requirement for leasing and maintenance of up armored NTVs in Lebanon. SOCCENT requires a mix of Left Hand Drive vehicles, with seating for at least four passengers, export model, and configured for the Lebanon region. Up-Armored vehicles shall be Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV’s), sedans, and pickup trucks.  Contractors will be required to provide vehicle leases and be responsible for all maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  The NTVs shall meet all host nation laws IAW the PWS.  The up armoring standards are outlined in the PWS.
