This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305-1(a) the Limited Source Documentation will be published within 14 days after contract award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420 – Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. SIZE STANDARD: $35,000,000.00

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
