Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Hankintasopimuksen muuttaminen on välttämätöntä, koska tuotteita tarvitaan hankintayksikön järjestämisvastuulla olevien terveydenhuollon palveluiden tuottamiseen. Muutoksella ei ole vaikutusta alkuperäisen hankintasopimuksen yleiseen luonteeseen, eikä se ylitä 50 prosenttia alkuperäisten toimittajien sopimusten arvosta.

HUSin tahdistinlaitteiden ja elektrofysiologian tarvikkeiden kilpailutukset julkisena hankintana on meneillään.

Tahdistinlaitteita koskeva tarjouspyyntö HUS 558-2021 ja elektrofysiologisia tarvikkeita koskeva tarjouspyyntö HUS 666-2021 on julkaistu. Sopimuksen piirissä olevat tuotteet ovat erikoissairaanhoidon kannalta tärkeä tuoteryhmä jossa tuotesaatavuus on taattava. Sopimuskumppanien vaihtaminen kilpailutuksen läpiviennin ajaksi ei ole mahdollista, sillä se aiheuttaisi taloudellisia haittoja ja aikatauluviivettä tarjouskilpailussa uusien tuotteiden käyttöönoton vuoksi. Vaihtamisen tekninen toteutus ei myöskään ole ajallisista syistä mahdollista.
