Subject of the E.A. is only the total price. Minimal difference in the reverse auction is 1 % of the initial price (lowest price from the submitted acceptable bids) subject to bidding. EA. will take place in a circle with a duration of 1 hour with the possibility for the EPPS to automatically prolong the reverse auction for an additional 3 minutes whenever in the last 3 min new price is submitted.
