Die geplanten Umbaumaßnahmen der VST Dortmund erfolgen unter Aufrechterhaltung des Bahnbetriebes sowie der einzuhaltenden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Auflagen zum Schutz aller am Um - und Ausbau Beteiligten sowie der Reisenden.

Die Gründung der Bauwerke erfolgt gemäß Erfordernis und Abstimmung mit den Sachverständigen und Aufstellern der Ausführungsplanung und Statik mittel GEWI – Pfählen in senkrechter und geneigter Stellung zur Aufnahme der Eisenbahnverkehrslasten für den Lastfall UIC 71
