Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche Leistungen des Bestellers führen zu einer Überprüfung der bisherigen Unterlagen und Bestandsanlage und zu einer Anpassung der Ausführungsplanung. Ein Planerwechsel ist aufgrund der Geringfügigkeit nicht wirtschaftlich. Darüber hinaus ist die Erbrinung der Leistung durch ein anderes Büro mangels Vorkenntnisse nicht einfach möglich, so dass erst eine aufwändige Einarbeitung verbunden mit Zeitverlusten zu erheblichen Mehrkosten führen würde. Zudem ist der Planer in der Ausübung seinerLeistungserbringung behindert, was zu einer Behinderunganzeige und Mehrkosten führt. Der Bau-AN,der den Planer als Subunternehmer hat ist ebenfalls in seiner Leistungserbringung behindert und wird Mehrkosten geltend machen.
