Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Fa. Kassecker ist mit dem erforderlichen technischen Gerät vor Ort, wird in den Betren und Sicherungsplänen geführt, ist in die Örtlichkeit eingewiesen und verfügt über Nachunternehmer der erforderlichen Fachgewerke, hier insbesondere 50 Hz für die Beleuchtung.

Fa. Kassecker befindet sich bereits mitten im Abbruch des Hausbahnsteiges und benötigt die gesamte Arbeits- und Baustelleneinrichtungsfläche. Ein anderer AN kann somit aus Gründen der Sicherstellung des termingerechten Bauablaufes/Einhaltung der Sperrpausen und des natürlich begrenzten Arbeitsraumes an dieser Stelle nicht tätig werden. Die Zuwegung zur Karrenüberfahrt verläuft zudem direkt durch das Baufeld von Fa. Kassecker. Eine Kreuzung mit einem anderen AN hätte zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten, Behinderungen und unklaren Zuständigkeiten geführt.
