Description of renewals:

Diese Rahmenvereinbarung wird für die Mindestlaufzeit von 36 Monaten geschlossen. Sie beginnt voraussichtlich am 01.07.2022 und endet voraussichtlich am 30.06.2025. Der Auftraggeber hat die Option, diese Vereinbarung um jeweils 12 Monate bis zu einer maximalen Vertragslaufzeit von 6 Jahren zu verlängern.

Die Verlängerungszeit tritt automatisch ein, wenn der Auftraggeber die Rahmenvereinbarung nicht 3 Monate vor dem jeweiligen Ablauf kündigt.
