This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following (categories):

1. TBIPS Stream 1: Application Services, A.1. Application Software Architect – Level-3, up to 2 Resources
2. TBIPS Stream 1: Application Services, A.6. Programmer/Software Developer – Level- 3, up to 3 Resources

Description of Work

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the professional services of up to two (2) resources, TBIPS Stream1: Application Services, Category A.1. Application Software Architect - Level 3, and up to three (3) resources TBIPS Stream 1: Application Services, Category A.6. Programmer/Software Developer – Level- 3, available through the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement to work on projects and operational initiatives in support of the business line.
