α) Προμήθεια εξοπλισμού (Υλικό - Hardware, Λογισμικό – Software κ.ά.) για την αναβάθμιση των ψηφιακών υποδομών (εξυπηρετητής, σταθεροί & φορητοί υπολογιστές, περιφερειακά συστήματα τηλεδιάσκεψης/ τηλεκπαίδευσης, άδειες λογισμικού, εφαρμογές επεξεργασίας εικόνας κ.λπ.), με στόχο τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης του δικτύου ως προς την ταχύτητα και την ποιότητα της σύνδεσης, καθώς και τη δυνατότητα αξιοποίησης αλληλεπιδραστικών εργαλείων που χρησιμοποιούνται στον σχεδιασμό και την αξιοποίηση/ εφαρμογή εργαλείων εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης (συστήματα διαχείρισης μάθησης, συνεργατικές εφαρμογές, εφαρμογές διαμοιρασμού εκπαιδευτικού υλικού κ.λπ.) και στη διοίκηση έργου, ειδικά στην παρούσα φάση που οι ανάγκες στη χρήση διαδικτυακών εργαλείων είναι αυξημένες, λόγω της τηλεκπαίδευσης και τηλεργασίας που υλοποιούνται πιο εκτεταμένα στο πλαίσιο των ειδικών μέτρων που ελήφθησαν για την αντιμετώπιση της διασποράς του ιού COVID-19.

β) Προμήθεια ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού (Υλικό - Hardware, Λογισμικό – Software, ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται: Σταθεροί Υπολογιστές (Desktop Workstations ή/και PCs), Οθόνες, Περιφερειακές Συσκευές όπως, Πληκτρολόγια-Ποντίκια, συσκευές UPS, Web Cameras, Set Ηχείων, Ακουστικά κεφαλής με ενσωματωμένο μικρόφωνο, Άδειες λογισμικού (Windows 10 Pro & Microsoft 365), εξωτερικοί σκληροί δίσκοι).

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Ο Ανάδοχος υπέβαλε τη υπ' αριθμ. πρωτ. 16599/12-10-2021 Επιστολή Επικαιροποίησης Εξοπλισμού που αφορά τους φορητούς Υπολογιστές και τις μνήμες στα υλικά αναβάθμισης υπαρχόντων servers, για τον Dell Power Edge R320 της διακήρυξης με αριθμό διακήρυξης 1/2021. Η επικαιροποίηση αφορά τα εξής: Oι φορητοί υπολογιστές Dell Latitude 3510 έχουν αντικατασταθεί από το νεότερο μοντέλοDell Latitude 3520, ανώτερων τεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών, οι μνήμες «Dell Memory Upgrade - 8GB - 2Rx8 DDR3L RDIMM 1600MHz» για τον Dell Power Edge R320 έχουν καταργηθεί, το προτεινόμενο το σετ Πληκτρολόγιο και Ποντίκι optical COMBO QUEST KMQ202 για τους σταθερούς υπολογιστές τύπου 1 έχει καταργηθεί, το προτεινόμενο το σετ Πληκτρολόγιο και Ποντίκι optical COMBO QUEST KMQ202 για τους σταθερούς υπολογιστές τύπου 2έχει καταργηθεί, ο προτεινόμενος επεξεργαστής Intel Core i7-10700 για τους σταθερούς υπολογιστές τύπου 2 έχει καταργηθεί.
