A Hulladékhasznosító Mű 4 db kazánjához tartozó füstgáztisztító berendezésekben keletkező alábbi, veszélyesnek minősülő hulladék anyagok elszállítása és ártalmatlanítása és/vagy hasznosítása a hulladékról szóló 2012. évi CLXXXV. törvény és a veszélyes hulladékkal kapcsolatos egyes tevékenységek részletes szabályairól szóló 225/2015. (VIII.7.) Korm. rendelet, valamint a Közbeszerzési műszaki leírás előírásainak megfelelően, a környezetszennyezést kizáró módon.

Az elszállítani kívánt hulladék mennyisége a szerződés ideje alatt:

fix mennyiségként 20 000 tonna + opciós mennyiségként 5 000 tonna

A fenti mennyiségekben a hulladékok megoszlása várhatóan a következő:

19 01 07 kódszámú hulladék (füstgáztisztítási maradékanyag) - kb.55 %

19 01 13 kódszámú hulladék (pernye) - kb.45 %.

Az elvárt szállítási kapacitásigény: 60 tonna/nap.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

a Kbt. 141.§ (2) bekezdése alapján a módosítás következtében a szerződés ellenértéke az alábbiak szerint változik:

Az eredeti ellenszolgáltatás értéke: 1 625 000 000,-Ft.

Az ellenszolgáltatás értékének változása: + 2 688 400,-Ft.

Az ellenszolgáltatás értéke a szerződésmódosítást követően: 1 627 688 400,-Ft.

Fentiek alapján megállapítható, hogy az ellenérték növekedése nem éri el sem az uniós értékhatárt, sem az eredeti szerződés értékének 10%-át. Az érték változásával összefüggő változásnak tekinthető az eredeti szerződéses időtartamon belül a mennyiségi növekedésből fakadó értéknövekedés.
