The department of Service and Innovation of the City of Reykjavik requests information about an
online platform for handling orders of inhouse hardware and software and access authorization. This
currently published notice is only an RFI (Request for Information), but not a call for competition.
There is no guarantee that this RFI will result in a competitive tender. Responding or not responding
to this RFI will not affect any tender process. Parties should note that participation in this pre-market
engagement exercise is not a prerequisite to participate in any possible subsequent procurement
process. The City of Reykjavik is committed in ensuring that all parties are treated equally.
The aim is to implement a platform that meets the City of Reykjavik’s current requirements.
