The buyer, Department of Service and Innovation, is looking for Quality and assurance website Management System for the City of Reykjavik.The software solution needs to be able to manage diverse types of websites, CMS’s (Content Management Systems) and hosting solutions.The system should facilitate maintenance and monitoring work and enable users to record and organize maintenance in the most straightforward manner. The system needs to support and offer solutions in the following processes and solution areas:• Can review web content (text and images) in Icelandic and give a rating on quality and safety assurance.• Can review web accessibility issues and give a rating according to generally accepted standards.• Can review web content (including Icelandic) based on current privacy laws in Iceland and EU GDPR laws.• Can review web content and come up with suggestions for improvements for search engine optimization.• Can review web security issues and flag them if something is questionable or needs to be examined more closely.• Can review websites and view performance and provide some sort of evaluation.• Can run reports regarding web metrics.• Provides connections to content management systemsThe Buyer is looking for a standardized software solution, preferably cloud based solution.The operating environment is currently as follows:- Websites: 50.000 pages- Yearly website views: 10.000.000- Number of reports: unlimited- Numbers of users unlimited
