The WHO Country Office in Uzbekistan is seeking an International Consultant for designing national medical information system and providing necessary expertise per request of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan.

The overall objective of the consultancy is to conduct detailed analysis and develop a technical design specification for national medical information system, which will cover digitalization needs of the outpatient and inpatient public facilities of Uzbekistan.

The Consultant shall be solely responsible for withholding and paying any taxes, duties, social security contributions, and any other contributions which are applicable to the Consultant in each location/jurisdiction in which the work hereunder is performed, and the Consultant shall not be entitled to any reimbursements thereof by WHO.
