<p">DFAT is calling for expressions of interest for the design and implementation of the Investing in Women: Women in Inclusive Sustainable Economic Recovery (IWISER) initiative in targeted countries in Southeast Asia. <p">Building on the Investing in Women program (2016-23), the IWISER design framework will be for an initial four-year phase from 2023 to 2027 (with options to extend the contract). As the social and economic context in Southeast Asia will continue to evolve leading up to mid-2023, the IWISER design will be a high-level framework that is flexible and adaptive rather than outline a detailed program of activities. <p">IWISER seeks to support sustainable growth and a resilient and inclusive economic recovery from COVID-19 in Southeast Asia, where women are at the centre of economic recovery and their economic empowerment is accelerated. Implementation will support Australia’s engagement in the region, working closely with Australian Government posts and partners in country.<p">Through IWISER, women’s economic empowerment will be advanced when women thrive in the workforce and as business leaders. These objectives are supported through positive and enabling social norms and regulatory environment, access to safe and decent jobs and improved workplace conditions, leadership roles, increased access to capital, networks and technical expertise, and access to quality child-care.

  2. <li"><span">Teaming Organisation<span">: Organisations / individuals interested to provide one or more components of the required services but <span">not<span"> the full range of services.

All responses must be submitted via AusTender by the Closing Date.
