Iarnród Éireann requires the services of a suitably qualified electrical contractor with the expertise to undertake maintenance, repairs and replacement works on existing electrical systems and sub systems in safety critical environments such as Data centers, ESB distribution rooms, stations, lifts and public facilities.

The requirements under this contract will include; planned preventative maintenance and the provision of technical and skilled certified resource’s for all work types.

Iarnród Éireann wish to enter into a single party 5-year agreement (3 years with the option to extend for an additional period of up to 2 years).

• provision of technical resources located in 3 designated regional areas;

• provision of technical resources in Heuston Dublin CCE M&E technical offices;

• provision of minor civil works associated with external lighting, ESB metering and free standing distribution points.
