SOP documents will accurately outline a comprehensive and detailed methodology relevant to all aspects of relay management requirements. RTC will encompass structured and sequential detailing of relay tests and achieved values.
The successful vendor will have a properly staffed, equipped and suitably environmentally controlled workshop within which to carry out testing, calibration and repair of signaling relays.
Additionally the successful vendor will supply a fully equipped and staffed mobile test facility with sufficient levels of spare relays to complete the servicing tasks following scheduled planning with approved I.É delegates.
