The RFT seeks proposals for the ongoing Mgt and Dev of the Home-heating Appliance Register of Performance (HARP) database that provides certified info on efficiency of heating appliances available in Ireland. A single supplier will be appointed to manage HARP, and all ancillary services who will be experienced in

• relevant test standards, appliance efficiency calculations and use of certified data;

• database development and Mgt;

• technical support experience.

Relevant interests must be declared as part of their submissions in relation to companies, products and services that could be related to this RFT. Interests include (not limited to):

— provision of BER assessments;

— supply, manufacture/installation of heating systems and/or controls;

— construction of buildings.

Note: service providers involved in the supply or manufacturer of heating systems are not eligible for this tender.
