UCD would like to engage with potential suppliers regarding the supply, installation and maintenance of a real-time cellular metabolic/bioenergetics analysis system that offers a platform for live cell measurement of mitochondrial respiration, glycolysis, and ATP along with data analytics. It is envisioned that any such system would be capable of measuring oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) of live cells in a 96-well format.
