Tenders are sought for appointment to Framework Agreements for the Services (Lot 1) and Goods (Lot 2) associated with Unified Communications Equipment, Maintenance & Support Services, including fixed line PABX Telephones for Trinity College Dublin. Remote access is the first method of service delivery with on-site service reserved for addressing any hardware failure or complex issues.
Supply of Maintenance and Support Services for a PABX system (single-vendor).

Tenders are sought for appointment to Framework Agreements for the Services (Lot 1) and Goods (Lot 2) associated with Unified Communications Equipment, Maintenance & Support Services, including fixed line PABX Telephones for Trinity College Dublin. Remote access is the first method of service delivery with on-site service reserved for addressing any hardware failure or complex issues.
The successful Lot 1 tenderer will be awarded a single supplier contract to support the Voice Infrastructure in Trinity College. The Support Vendor engineering staff will have remote access to the Trinity site via VPN to support the telephony system hardware and applications.
