The Contracting Authority has awarded a framework agreement for the supply of Custodial locks, high security locks, keys, and associated parts.
This framework agreement relates to the full range of locks, keys and associated parts which can be purchased at any time over the life of the framework. It is anticipated that call-off contracts which will be by way of a Purchase Order/Letter of Award on the basis of Contract Terms and Conditions which will be agreed for an Initial Term for a period of up to two (2) years, with the option at the Contracting Authority’s discretion to extend for durations deemed appropriate subject to agreement and/or negotiation. The maximum duration of the framework is 15 years.
