Purchase of Firm-level Data on Global Value Chains in the EU and Third Countries (GVC)

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to acquire the access to firm level data on global value chains covering companies registered in EU and in third countries. The purchased data must specify, for each company, the list of their customers and suppliers and enable the identification of each company’s products (or products line) and the revenue percentages associated to each reported business segment as well as company’s revenues broken down into geographic areas. The database must contain the most recent data with historical data and be updated regularly. Data obtained through this FWC will be used mainly for internal, analytical purposes by participating Contracting authorities. Data may also be used (in an aggregated form) in various, regular and ad-hoc reports published by the EU Institutions and in the provisions on intellectual property.
