   Invitation for Bids     Date: 6 December 2021 Loan No. and Title: 3749-INO: Advanced Knowledge and Skills for Sustainable Growth Project Contract No. and Title: ITP-01: Information and Communication Integrated System, Microteaching and Smart Classroom Deadline for Submission of Bids: 11 January 2022; 13:00 hours (Western Indonesia Time)   1.    The Government of Republic Indonesia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Advanced Knowledge and Skills for Sustainable Growth Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.    2.    The Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of Republic Indonesia (“the Employer”) invites bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Goods package ITP-01: Information and Communication Integrated System, Microteaching and Smart Classroom.   3.    Open competitive bidding with national advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One–Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.   4.    Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:   •   Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years (2016-2020), of at least one (1) contract valued at IDR 16,953,522,000.00 with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6: Schedule of Supply, i.e., contractual experience in procurement, delivery, stand-alone installation and/or system installation, commissioning, trial run including initial operation training of ICT equipment and Audio/Video (A/V) equipment. •       Minimum average annual turnover of IDR 31,787,800,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years (2018-2020).   The qualification criteria are more completely described in the Bidding Document.   5.    To obtain the Bidding Document, interested Bidders should download from the website: https://lpse.kemdikbud.go.id/eproc4 (SPSE 4.4).   5.    This is an online bidding where only e-Tender (e-bid) will be accepted through SPSE (Government’s e-procurement platform) and no offline/hard copies will be accepted. To obtain further information and to submit e-Tender for this works package bearing e-tender ID no.   mentioned above,         registration  in     the   SPSE e-Procurement        platform (https://lpse.kemdikbud.go.id/eproc4) is required. The guideline to register in the SPSE is available at the above platform.   6.    The deadline for submission of e-Tender (bids) is 11 January 2022 at 13:00 hours Western Indonesian Time. Late bid submission will be automatically rejected by the SPSE system.    7.    Please submit your bid through the above SPSE platform, together with a bid security as described in the Bidding Document. The original bid security can be submitted directly or sent via secure document delivery services.   Electronic bid opening procedure shall be as follows:   The Employer shall download and open all Technical and Financial Proposals submitted in pdf format by the Bidders through SPSE by the prescribed deadline above.
