The requirement will be sole sourced to ARXIUM, Inc, 1400 Busch Pkwy., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. ARXIUM, Inc. will provide to the Robley Rex VAMC inspections, support and repair of the ARXIUM Optifill equipment located in the Pharmacy. All warranties and guarantees on the system are voided if an unauthorized third-party vendor is engaged. See attached sole source justification.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 811219 and has a size standard of $22M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 2:00p.m. CST, October 4, 2019 to: [email protected]. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
