MPublic Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires construction services of a contractor.  

Summary of work:
The project consists of redoing the roof of an existing building at the La Macaza Institution. The new roof, covering an area of approximately 1,040 m2, consists of a system of bilayer elastomeric bitumen membranes on a new support panel on metal furrings which will be installed over the existing metal roof. A lifeline with 2 support posts anchored to the steel trusses (which will need to be reinforced) will be added to the roof. New roof access from inside the building will be added, and includes the addition of a ceiling hatch, a new platform in the attic, and a ladder giving access from the platform to the new roof hatch.


CONSTRUCTION TIME:
The contractor must complete the work no later than 14 weeks from the notice of acceptance of the offer.
