The subject of this tender is for a design and build contract for the construction of warehouse facility and offices including infrastructure and part finishes using environmentally friendly methods and materials at HHF414, Hal Far Industrial Estate. The place of acceptance of the works shall be HHF414, Hal Far Industrial Estate, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be seventy-four (74) weeks from the ‘Commencement Notice’ which shall be issued within four (4) weeks from signing of the contract, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
