REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CONSULTING SERVICES     The Republic of Azerbaijan Employment Support Project Project ID No.: P171250   Assignment Title: Consultancy Services for Master trainer for Training of Trainers Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): AZ-MLSPP-227975-CS-INDV   The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Employment Support Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.   The consulting services (“the Services”) include organization of TOT for ILO’s “Start and Improve Your Business” (SIYB) training module, which is currently implemented as part of SEP by strengthening the business practices module and assessment of the training process, including monitoring of trained trainers within the 6-month period after conducting of TOT.
